Innovation, Research and Development

Our enthusiasm for innovation is based on the firm belief that innovative products can only be created by those who permanently question what is already known. That's why we are committed to R&D in the domain of low-friction surfaces and new materials. We keep close relations with research institutes at institutions of of higher education and universities and, together with a Swiss institute, are carrying out multistage trial runs in the domain of friction reduction.We are developing high-performance-piston prototypes for important engine manufacturers, in close collaboration with their R&D departments.

Modern Production Techniques

Our processing machines, which guarantee highest production quality, have been optimised for our needs on the premises and are constantly refined, in close collaboration with the designers and mechanical engineers of the machine tool builders - to mutual benefitl. In order to guarantee highest precision and dimensional stability of all our products, our CNC machines operate in air-conditioned locations. Our technical standard enables us to realise customised piston designs, even with most complicated ovality structures.
